These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Ice Angler Champions ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the Ice Angler Champions mobile application and related materials (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is a casual, fictional, cold-water fish collection and rank-progression game. No real betting takes place. No real-money winnings. The Compass Map is a daily category selector and the Tackle Trio is a set of crossfading painted tackle cells; neither is a slot reel or roulette. The angler's-notebook lines are read-only decorative atmosphere. All artwork is AI-generated. The angler-protagonist, the cold-water fish, and the Trophy 5 legendaries are fictional compositions. The Service does not include in-app purchases and offers no cash prizes.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). By using the Service you represent that you meet that requirement and have the legal authority to accept these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Service on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Game state created within the Service (your catch collection, your Trophy 5 progress, your streak, your rank, your notebook entries) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, transmit, or back up that content. You are solely responsible for backing up your own data.
The Service, including its visual identity, AI-generated card artwork, decorative winter motifs, notebook text, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights. The cold-water fish species referenced (perch, pike, char, sturgeon, halibut, salmon and others) are drawn from broadly known angling traditions, but their specific visual treatment, lore text, and game mechanics in this Service are our own creative expression.
The Service may rely on third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services, AppsFlyer, OneSignal). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Notebook entries and lore text are offered for atmospheric and entertainment purposes only; they are not real angling instruction, conservation guidance, or scholarly statements about cold-water fish species.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ice Angler Champions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where required by applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
